KariLynne Gratzer has been managing events for nearly twenty years. She began her event career working with a non-profit organization and then joined an elite team of event managers at The Boeing Company where she planned and executed hundreds of events around the world. KariLynne left her corporate position to become a marketing and events consultant at Microsoft. After working as a consultant for over six years, KariLynne decided to launch Salience Group so that she could offer her existing clients a more customized and flexible event planning experience while reducing the overall event budget as well as expanding her business into additional markets. KariLynne is known for her consistently high level of professionalism and exceptional attention to detail.
